Attraction Marketing Maddness?

What I love about the online community at BetterNetworker.com is that we can talk about these issues within our community so that we can improve ourselves from within. Although this topic about the PROS and CONS of the image of Attraction Marketing was started last year, I found it. And that just shows how important everyone here is and how everyone is contributing to content value and attraction marketing in its ideal state at Mike Dillard's betternetworker.com.

Now my opinion on the matter of attraction marketing. I have learned that it is only as good of a "tool" as you teach your downline or others in the key area of duplication. If you can duplicate yourself as a leader within your downline, you produce leaders. This is what I believe is the great thing about attraction marketing.

Those who try to just use attraction marketing and its resources as mere ploys to make sales, therefore producing mass amounts of people with the same old lead capture pages and no content....end up making us all look bad.

Leadership is not something you can fake, you ether have it or not- or you learn it. As Tracye Walker said in her post earlier in the year, "You must get in a system that teaches you these fundamental basics". The system must work and the way you see it in action is through the production of leaders in your downline.

So I do love attraction marketing when we as marketers have enough common sense to help others. If we are just producing the mass lead capture pages and making money off people without giving them the same tools we have, its like we are pimping the system and ethnically that is wrong. Which is why so many people run when they hear MLM or affiliate marketing. Or get frustrated when trying to search something in Google and all they see are the same old lead capture pages.

Today, its all about social networking and blogging and showing yourself as gurus or leaders in your niche. How are you gonna lead someone to your lead page and they don't know who the heck you are? I wouldn't buy anything from you, just to be honest, so why do a lot of us do this to others?

Love attraction marketing too, but I am also upset with the massive lead pages with nothing to offer....

I recommend a system of training, tools and studying under a mentor or a leader and then developing yourself as a leader in order for attraction marketing to work.

Anything else that is not that, is only using the name "Attraction marketing" and is making the real attraction marketers look bad.
