You learn so much in life from other people's mistakes. There is saying that my grandmother used to tell me, "Hardheaded people fall fast making mistakes while the wise one learns from other people's mistakes." And if you really think about it, this statement is very true and can work for anyone in any area in life.

If someone is struggling at branding their business or in starting one, we have to look at what is the underlying cause of that struggle. Today I will focus on learning to move forward. So once again, you see that trend in the poor man or unstable business man is being stagnant. (There is that word again, right?)

Stagnant people have a tendency to remain at levels in life that do not uplift them out of where they want to me. Bitter people for instance do not let go of the past in order to be blessed in the future. Those who do not forgive can not move forward either and that one thing tears at the heart, effecting all other aspects of life as well.

The Bitter Business Man

Disappointed in his own failures, the bitter business man envies others who generate success in their lives. A bitter business man will try a system or try to make money and because it fails, he or she will equate that failure with failure on behalf of the company or system, never acknowledging his or her own faults. This causes people to call companies or systems scams and fraud.

While, it is true that there is a lot of scams and fraud within the business world, we have to think about the reasons we failed at a particular venture at the certain time we did.

There are some reasons we cause our self to grieve in the business world. They are:

1. Going into a business deal without proper knowledge of what you are getting into
2. Going into business with only money on your mind
3. Being lazy and not wanting to work
4. Spending money and time on things without research or prior knowledge
5. Making unwise investments
6. Not using the system to the full capacity that it offers them as a business partner, owner or affiliate.

Let's address each of these and see if we can offer insight in order to provide effective solutions that will cause us to move forward in life and in our businesses.

First, when a person decides to go into business, you have to find out what your target market is, why people would want to buy or use your product/services and then go where those people are. Unfortunately, many of us go into business with fantasy ideals. "I'll buy a website, get business cards, etc." After making no money and losing tons of it, they give up hope. Well, I have the answer for that. Tune in for part two to find out more about how to change your situation from broke and disguised to making 5 figures a month. (And no, its not a get rich scheme, the true answer is always hidden in your mindset. Change a man's mind, you will change his outcome.)
